OMW  0.1.0
OMW - A C++ Middleware Library

Besides the namespace and class references, there are some macros defined in omw/defs.h wich is included in the main include file omw/omw.h.

Conventions

Strings

According to UTF-8 Everywhere strings inside the library are of type char (or std::string respectively) and formatted as UTF-8.

If you call functions in the Windows API you should use the foobarW() functions and Microsofts WCHAR types to call the API and use the String Conversion Functions (omw/windows/string.h) to convert between the two string types. An example can be seen in the sourcecode of the omw::windows::getEnvironmentVariable() function.
